- Featured in publications including Sports Fitness for Women, Esquire, P.O.V, Natural Body Building, the New York Post and New York Daily News
- Served as spokesperson and special events MC for the Kellogg's Company
- Personal trainer to Will Smith for the motion picture "Enemy of the State"
- Motivational speaker at JC Penny & Jet Blue conferences
- Competed nationally and internationally in track and field, martial arts and natural bodybuilding

- Holds the rank of second-degree black belt from the World Seido Karate Organization
